EFEMT remains the main consumer repair authority for laptops, desktops, MacBooks and iMacs, including brand-specific repairs, screens, batteries and hinges. EXXE concentrates on business technology. That gives customers—and search engines—a meaningful difference between the two sites.
Honest boundaries
Good IT support includes recognising when specialist help is needed. Enterprise servers, regulated cybersecurity incidents, complex cloud tenancy work and proprietary vendor systems may be outside our practical scope. We would rather identify that early than waste a business customer's time.
