Information you provide by phone or email is used to respond to your enquiry, assess the requested work, communicate about service and maintain normal business records.

Do not send passwords, recovery keys, banking details or other sensitive credentials by ordinary email unless specifically required and an appropriate secure method has been agreed.

Computers and storage devices submitted for service may contain private or business-confidential information. Access to customer data is limited to what is reasonably required for diagnosis, repair, migration, backup or recovery work requested by the customer.
